The Woman that change my life around.

On November 11 2011 (11/11/11) I made the best decision of my life to date. I engaged a Personal and Business Development Coach and in doing so have made a life long friend in Helen Abbott. Helen is an amazing and wonderful woman who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and dreams.

I was at a point in my life that I was dealing with the other areas of my life.  I did not realise that the patterns of behaviour that affected my professional life were the exact same patterns that affected my personal life.  Helen has given me the gift of improving all aspects of my life. She has help me understand who I really am. I have gone from doing the things that I thought I needed to do, in a very rushed, disconnected and driven way to being the person that I always knew I was and wanted to be but just didn’t think I could or should be.

At present I have more and more a  feeling of peace and calm and a solid feeling of “I’m where I should be”.  I have a clearer picture of my goals that is giving me a fulfilling satiisfaction in everything that I do and I would not have been able to do this without Helen.  I also feel that my relationships and connections with people around me have grown in such a deep way especially with my beautiful wife Rita.

I am embarking on a new part of my life and I am super excited.  Instead of a mid-life unravelling, I feel like a door has been opened to the most exciting part of my life.

I cant thank Helen enough for what I’m feeling inside at present. I am Blessed to have such a wonderful person in my life. Thankyou
